LOOKVAST SARL PRIVACY POLICY.
INTRODUCTION
Faced with new challenges and dangers relating to the preservation of the security of personal information resulting from online business, it is necessary to pay particular attention to the protection of privacy. That's why we, Lookvast, take the privacy of your personal information seriously and are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information we collect.
Lookvast undertakes to respect, in accordance with this personal information protection policy (hereinafter the “Policy”), the applicable laws in force in Ivory Coast, the obligations concerning the collection and processing of personal and confidential information obtained in the course of operating a business so that everyone can benefit from respect for their privacy. In this context, Lookvast wishes to ensure the accuracy, security and confidentiality of your personal information, and not to collect, use or disclose your personal information other than in accordance with this Policy and these applicable laws.
The Policy describes the information that we may collect in the course of our activities, from our Users.
The Policy also describes, among other things, how Lookvast collects, processes and stores your information, the purposes for which we collect it, the use we make of it and the circumstances in which we may transmit it to third parties. The Policy explains your rights regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information.
SCOPE OF POLICY
We collect your personal information as part of our service, which consists of acting as an intermediary between personal care, hairdressing and aesthetic professionals and clients, by making services/products/content/others available to you on our Platform.
When the User browses our Platform or subscribes to our publications by email, he accepts the terms and conditions of this Policy. You agree that your personal information collected when filling out any online form in order, in particular, to make contact, to download content on the Platform, or to provide other services related to the services/products, will be transmitted to the relevant and authorized personnel of Lookvast. The latter will only communicate to any third party whose participation is strictly necessary for the delivery of the Products and/or the maintenance of our commercial relationship with you, if applicable, the information necessary for these purposes (the aforementioned third parties may be hereinafter collectively referred to as " Third-Party Providers ").
By providing Lookvast with your personal information, you authorize it to use it and communicate it to Third Party Providers, if necessary, in the context of the delivery of services/products, the management of our contractual relationship, our commercial relationship with you, and this in accordance with this Policy and as authorized or required by law, as well as implicitly, if indicated by the circumstances. In addition, Lookvast will seek your authorization before using your personal information for purposes other than those covered by your initial consent given under the Policy.
Finally, you can withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Please be aware, however, that without your consent, Lookvast may no longer be able to provide you or may continue to provide you with certain services or information that may be useful to you.
If you provide Lookvast or its Third Party Providers with personal information about another natural or legal person, you agree to hold the necessary authorization to do so and/or that you have obtained all necessary consents from this third party to allow us to collect, use and disclose their personal information for the purposes set out in this Policy.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information is information associated specifically with a natural person and which can be used to identify him directly, either as such, or indirectly, i.e. by combining it with other information held by Lookvast or to which Lookvast could have access. Information that has been anonymized or has been modified so that it can no longer be used to identify a specific individual does not constitute personal information. For example, an individual's postal code is not personal information in itself, except when it is mentioned with other information about him, such as his house number or the make of his car. Lookvast may obtain personal information from the User when he saves personal information on the Platform or, where applicable, by otherwise transmitting personal information, in particular by creating a User account and choosing a password, by opening a session as a Registered User on the Platform, by launching a product search, by requesting a service, by providing information in his account, by communicating with us by telephone, by email or otherwise, or by filling out a form to participate in a contest, an inventory request, to a promotion or survey. By completing such a form, you authorize us to collect your personal information.
Your personal information is collected on our Platform, in particular via the forms mentioned below, where we ask you for the following personal information:
- Surnames and first names;
-The birth date ;
- Sex;
-Phone number ;
- The address;
- The email address;
- Banking information; And
-An ID.
Certain Professional Users will be asked in addition to the information mentioned above for the following information:
- The professional telephone number;
- Business address;
- The professional email address;
- Certifications / diplomas; And - The number of years of experience in the field.
In general, we are also likely to know your location, your IP address and data concerning your use of the Platform and any other information allowing us to provide you with our services/products in the most appropriate way possible. The User's information is also collected through the interaction that may be established between the User and the Platform and may be used for the following purposes:
- Understand the use of the Platform by the User;
- Improve the Platform;
- Provide services to the User;
- Manage customer accounts;
- Manage customer and commercial relations;
- Provide personal information to business partners;
- Comply with compliance laws and regulations;
- Send newsletters; And
- Send promotions adapted to the needs of the User.
The User's personal information will not be kept beyond the reasons for which it was collected. Lookvast adheres to the retention period established by this Policy, which is consistent with the Privacy Act. The deletion of data takes place when the User deletes his account or makes a request to the Privacy Officer. The User will then have thirty (30) days to recover their data, failing which Lookvast will delete them permanently.
Lookvast may also compile lists of your names and correspondence addresses for study, statistical production or research purposes. If you do not wish your names and correspondence addresses to be compiled for these purposes, please contact us by writing to the following email address: info@lookvast.com The Platform is designed for use by adults only as understood in Côte D'Ivoire Lookvast does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of eighteen (18), except for the part of the Platform provided for this purpose, as specified below.

FORMS AND INTERACTIONS
Lookvast collects your personal information in accordance with legal requirements. Where possible and appropriate, we collect your Personal Information directly from you or from persons you choose to provide us with your Personal Information.
When collected through the website, the forms used are as follows:
- Platform registration form;
-Order form ;
-Survey ;
- User profile update form;
- Resource download form;
- Importing contacts;
- Authorization of access of the user to his information;

Remember to include your full name and the email address you used when you registered or when you made a purchase from us. There may be a processing time for a request sent by email or post and you may continue to receive communications from Lookvast in the meantime.

The User understands that he may expressly or tacitly consent to receive messages from Lookvast.
Express consent is the consent requested from the User, consent which must be stated in simple and clear terms, and must include the purposes for which the consent is sought, the regulatory information allowing the identification of the person seeking the consent and, if it is requested on behalf of another person, the regulatory information allowing the latter to be identified; as well as any other information specified by the regulations made under this Act.
The User understands that he gives his tacit consent during current business relations or current private relations; when the User publishes his e-mail address without mentioning that he does not wish to receive non-commercial electronic messages solicited; or when the message is sent in the other circumstances provided for in the regulations made under this Act.
- For the purposes of this Policy, current business relations refers to commercial relations established between two people such as a purchase or rental during the two years preceding the date of sending the message; an investment or game offered; the barter of a thing; any contract in force or which expired during this period; or a request during the six months preceding the date of sending the message.
- For the purposes of this Policy, ongoing private relationship means relationships between two people other than business relationships, such as a gift or a gift, work done as a volunteer; and membership, within the meaning of regulations; all during the two preceding the date of sending the message.

PROTECTION AGAINST FRAUD AND THEFT OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Lookvast undertakes at all times to comply with the laws and regulations applicable to its activity and to take all useful and necessary measures to detect and prevent negligence, fraud and theft of your personal information. However, although Lookvast takes precautions, Lookvast cannot guarantee that no case of fraud or theft of your personal information can occur.
Lookvast keeps an up-to-date record of privacy incidents and will contact any User whose personal information is the subject of such an incident and presents a risk of serious harm.
THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING DISPLAYED ON OUR PLATFORM
You may find third-party advertising displayed on our Platform. We do not allow third parties to collect your personal information on our Platform without your consent.
Lookvast is not responsible for the resale or use of your personal information obtained through the Platform by third parties. Regarding our Third Party Providers, please refer to their privacy policies. We do not sell or rent your personal information without your consent, even in the form of NFT.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Lookvast may use, as part of the management of its activity and its Platform, third-party services. Under no circumstances is Lookvast liable for any harm that may arise from these third-party services. To find out about the terms of use and privacy policies of these services, we invite the User to consult their respective websites.
Lookvast prohibits and is not responsible for the resale or use by third parties of opt-ins obtained through the Platform by event organizers. If you have agreed to share your details with partner organisations, then we will share them with them. We do not sell or rent our lists.
DATA EXCHANGED AUTOMATICALLY
Thanks to cookies (hereinafter the "Cookies"), we collect certain information during exchanges between your device and our server. Cookies are files created by a website that allow information relating to the navigation of your device on the Platform to be recorded. They are stored automatically on your device, allow you to log in to the Platform during subsequent uses and allow Lookvast to customize the Platform according to your preferences. This mainly concerns the following information:
-Domain name ;
-IP address ;
-Navigation history ; And
- User language.
The information transmitted automatically does not necessarily make it possible to know the identity of the User. In particular, they are only collected due to technological requirements inherent in Internet browsing. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but it is usually possible to change this behavior. On the other hand, if the User chooses to refuse Cookies, he may not be able to identify himself or use certain functions of the Platform. Using such information allows us to improve the service, personalize the User's experience and better track your past use.
In addition to the methods described above, we may also collect information using Cookies or similar technologies, in particular during your visits to our Platform. These methods allow us to collect various types of information, including the pages you visit, the emails you read, and other information.
This information is also used to:
- Identify the User;
- Register the User, in particular for an event;
- Process the User's requests and orders and answer their questions;
- Stay in contact with the User and provide him with a personalized service at all times;
- Communicate with the User (by e-mail, by post or otherwise) and send him advertising material or additional information on products, services, surveys, contests, promotions and special offers;

These Cookies are multiple, some expire when the User closes his browser and no longer have any effect while others can be kept. At any time, the User can deactivate Cookies. In this event, Lookvast does not guarantee optimal operation of the Platform.
It is also possible to prohibit the recording of Cookies by configuring your Internet browser. However, if you choose the latter option, you may not be able to take advantage of some or all of the Platform.
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
In certain situations, the User's data may pass through servers outside Côte D'Ivoire.
The User acknowledges this and releases Lookvast from any liability for the consequences of such a transfer.
It is also possible that Lookvast communicates your personal information to third parties located outside of Côte D'Ivoire, in accordance with the terms provided for in the Policy, in the law and following the completion of a prior privacy impact assessment.
Lookvast undertakes not to communicate your personal information with third parties located in jurisdictions that do not offer a level of protection of personal information similar to that of the Ivory Coast.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Lookvast undertakes not to market the personal information collected without the express consent of the User. The only situation where personal information can be sold is that of a partial or total transfer of the Company's activity to a third party. In such event, information transferred as an asset of Lookvast will be subject to the same safeguards as this Policy.
Unless otherwise indicated in this Policy, the personal information that the User provides will not be transmitted to third parties without his authorization or that of the law. However, we sometimes share this information with third-party service providers who enable the delivery of the product/service or the maintenance of our relationship with you. In such a case and from now on, you consent to this sharing.
Lookvast may also publicly re-post or re-share personally identifiable information when you post Lookvast-related content on Social Media. In addition, it is possible that by clicking on an external link located on the Platform, you access external websites which have their own privacy policy. It is therefore advised that you consult them, because you will be subject to them.
If the User does not wish his personal information to be communicated to third parties or partners, he can object to this at any time, as mentioned in the following “Your Rights” section.
Lookvast may, in accordance with the law, exceptionally communicate the personal information of the User without his consent. Lookvast shares your personal information with the following partners:
- TO LIST YOUR RIGHTS
We are committed to offering the User the following rights with respect to their personal information:
- The right of access; - The right of rectification; - The right to erasure; - The right to restrict processing; - The right to oppose the processing; - The right to data portability; - The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority; And - The right to withdraw consent.
In accordance with the following section, you also have the right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you and to correct it if necessary, as well as to exercise your rights, by contacting the Privacy Officer, whose contact details can be found in the “Privacy Officer” section below.
Deletion of personal information takes place when you make a written request to the Privacy Officer. Lookvast reserves the right to refuse a User's request when the latter continues to use Lookvast's services in any way.
Lookvast respects the retention period established by this policy, which complies with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. Therefore, and unless the regulatory framework provides otherwise, the deletion of data will be effective thirty (30) days after the processing of the request for deletion of personal information by the Privacy Officer.
ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
In addition to the cases of sharing mentioned in this Policy, your personal information collected by Lookvast hereunder will be accessible only by authorized and concerned persons as defined by Lookvast.
Lookvast, subject to certain exceptions, may inform you of the personal information that concerns you, of the use that is made of it and of the fact that it has been communicated to Third Party Providers. You will also be able to have access to this information for any modification or deletion.
Your request for access must be made in writing and sent according to the procedure set out in this section and in the “Personal Information Protection Officer” section below. Remember to include your full name and the email address you used when you registered or when you made a purchase from us. There may be a processing time for a request sent by email or post and you may continue to receive communications from Lookvast in the meantime.
Lookvast will acknowledge receipt of your request in writing and may ask you to confirm your identity before providing you with this information, in particular by sending an identity document. In principle, access to this information will be provided free of charge, but if you request a copy or transmission of your information, we may charge a reasonable fee. Lookvast will inform you of the amount in advance and give you the option to withdraw your request. Lookvast will provide you with access to your information within thirty (30) days of receiving your request or provide you with written notice that additional time is required to respond to your request.
In some cases, we may be unable to provide you with access to information about you, in whole or in part. If we are unable to do so or if the law does not allow us to do so, we will provide you with an explanation and indicate the other measures that are available to you.
SECURITY
Personal information that Lookvast collects is stored in a secure environment. Lookvast has adopted appropriate measures to preserve the confidentiality of personal information and to protect it against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, communication, reproduction, use or modification, taking into account, in particular, their sensitivity and the purposes for which they are used. In addition, Lookvast requires each employee, agent or representative of Lookvast to comply with this Policy.
To ensure the security of the User's personal information, Lookvast uses, among others, the following measures:
- Secure access to the premises;
- Protected access to servers and computers;
- Use of password-protected data networks;
- Confidentiality agreements with employees;
- Internal personal information protection policies;
- Personal data protection procedures; And
- Current update of security measures.
Lookvast thus undertakes to maintain a high degree of security by integrating the latest technological innovations to ensure the confidentiality of the User's transactions in order to ensure the protection of his personal information and prevent it from being consulted, used or disclosed without authorization.
However, since no mechanism offers perfect security, some risk is always present when using the Internet to transmit personal information. If a password is used to protect the User's account and personal information, it is his responsibility to ensure that it remains confidential.
In the event of a confidentiality incident involving a User's personal information held by Lookvast, Lookvast will notify the User concerned and the Ivory Coast Information Access Commission of any confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm. MINORS
The Platform contains sections intended for minors. The only information we collect is:
-The name and the first name ;
- Age;
- Sex;
-Phone number ;
- The personal address;
- The email address; And
- Banking information.
The collection of this personal information is done with the consent of the parents, the representative of the minor or his teacher. The creation of an account by a responsible person confirms their consent. Teachers are responsible for ensuring that they have the consent of the legal guardians of minors registered on the Platform.
As indicated in the “Collection of personal information” section, the Lookvast Platform is designed for adults and no one under the age of eighteen (18) should use it or provide personal information on it, except for the section provided for this purpose.
FRENCH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE
In the event of a problem of definition or interpretation between the French and English versions of these Legal Notices, the French version will prevail.
APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
The Platform and its content are managed by Lookvast from its offices located in the city of Abidjan in Côte D'Ivoire. The Platform, the Social Media and their content, this Legal Notice and the use made of it by the User are all governed by the Ivorian laws which are applicable, without giving effect to any principle whatsoever relating to the conflict of laws. You agree that all questions and disputes regarding the Platform, Social Media and your use thereof will first be brought before a mediator and, in the absence of compromise, decided by the courts of Montreal.
Notwithstanding any attribution of jurisdiction and applicable law, when the User is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Law of Côte D'Ivoire, then any dispute relating to this Policy will be governed by the law of Côte D'Ivoire, and will necessarily be brought before a competent court in application of the rules of the Code of Civil Procedure.

INTERPRETATION
This Policy is governed by applicable Ivorian laws, including the Law on the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector of Côte D'Ivoire. These laws apply without giving effect to any principles relating to the conflict of laws.
Whenever the context so requires, any word written in the singular also includes the plural and vice versa; any word written in the masculine gender also includes the feminine gender and vice versa.
DIVISIBILITY
Each provision of this Policy forms a separate whole so that any decision by a court to the effect that one of the provisions of this Policy is void or unenforceable does not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Policy or their enforceability.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We occasionally update this Policy. Continued use of the Platform constitutes the User's agreement to this Privacy Policy and its updates. The User accepts and acknowledges that Lookvast reserves the right, at any time and without prior warning, to modify, change or update the Policy. If the User objects to any modification made to this Policy, he must cease all use of the Platform. Lookvast will attempt, where possible, to notify users of any changes to this Policy. However, it is the User's responsibility to examine them regularly in order to be informed of any changes that may be made.
However, when the Consumer Protection Act applies, Lookvast will notify Platform Users thirty (30) days prior to the entry into force of the modification of these Terms. If the User refuses these modifications and wishes to terminate the contract, he will have no later than thirty (30) days following the entry into force of the modifications to send a notice to Lookvast and resolve, without charge or penalty, his obligations towards Lookvast.
